Team
The principals of Harvest Equities have complementary skills in real estate, finance, tax and law. They have a combined 47 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, investment, development and management. They have in-depth knowledge, experience and relationships in the industry. Since the formation of Harvest, they have acquired over $400,000,000 in real estate assets.
John Curry
John obtained his Masters degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1986 and his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Iowa State University in 1981.
Howard Treatman
Howard is a licensed attorney in the state of Pennsylvania (inactive status). He received his Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School in 1986 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983, Cum Laude.
Institutional Relationships
Harvest works with institutional financial sources including governmental agencies, commercial banks, and REITs. Maintaining Harvest Equities honest, transparent, and professional relationships with its lenders and financial partners is one our most important goals.
